Her work spans across executive operations, foundation governance, online program development, and cross-functional change leadership—all anchored in a commitment to equity, access, and measurable impact.
 

She holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Mercer University and is certified in Prosci Change Management and brings a structured, human-centered approach to leading institutional change and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
