Admission Process
- All participants must be referred to EOH from an approved participating partner
- Participants must want to make a drastic change in their lives and be willing to abide by all rules and regulations set by the program to include shared sober living
- Participants must be self sufficient and able to reside in independent living
- Participants must commit to seeking employment when therapeutically appropriate
- Participants must complete an intake interview upon enrollment
- Participants must pay non-refundable monthly program fee if not funded by a sponsoring vendor or when vendor sponsorship stops
