We provide residential and supportive services for men and women coming home from jails and prisons.

We provide our clients assistance in creating resumes and access to the computer lab at our main office  with no charge . We know how important a resume is to get a foot in the door with an employer  to obtain an interview therefore, we make sure our clients are given the tools and assistance needed to compete in todays job market. We also partner with companies that believe in second chances for felons.

We provide our clients with a pre-employment assesment which guides us in assisting them in locating jobs that are best suited in matching their skills, education, and backgrouds. 

We ensure our clients are ready for their interviews by providing mock interview sessions. This emulation of a job interview is used for training purposes. The conversational exercise usually resembles a real interview as closely as possible to the clients upcoming interview and provides experience in being prepared to respond to exspected questions related to the positions field. 

Clients can stay up to 12 months, these clients have completed Recovery Management and have decided that they need more structure before returning to family or to living on their own.
