JIL LITTLEJOHN

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Jil servers as one of Greenville SC, Council members  and CEO of the Urban League of the Upstate. Jil has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University and a Bachelor's of Arts in Intercultural Studies for Business from Wofford College (2001) with studies at the Universidad de Sevilla in Seville, Spain.

Councilmember Littlejohn is fluent in Spanish and studied Japanese. She currently serves at the first female President and CEO of the Urban League of the Upstate.

Councilmember Littlejohn is a 2015 Graduate of Municipal Association of South Carolina's Municipal Elected Officials Institute. She has served as a member of City Council since February 2009. She is the youngest member on council.

Patricia Evans currently serves as  Secretary with On The Grid Financial Credit Union Board of Directors.  She is also a Real Estate Agent with Solid Source Realty where she delivers superior performance in assisting others with the pursuit of home ownership and all real estate needs. 

Pat's background includes various roles within Georgia Power Company in Customer Service, Sales, Leadership and her last role prior to retirement as the Customer Service Analyst on the Executive Customer Relations Team. Her responsibilities included responding to persons who contacted the President of the company by phone and mail. Providing customer resolutions regarding highly escalated issues, working directly with The Salvation Army, The Energy Assistance Program, The Public Service Commission, Regulatory Affairs and a host of other internal and external departments. 

After 40 years of service Pat continues to serve and help others by furnishing  housing to low income families as a landlord with Dekalb and Clayton County for the past 25 years. She has a passion for helping the underserved and has dedicated her life to serving others. She is the wife of Harold W. Gantt and is a loving Mother and Grandmother.
